Indiatimes — damaged product delivery
A Sony Bravia 32" LCD TV purchased online from indiatimes.com on 4th july was delivered on 18th july with broken screen and when contacted the representatives have been dilly-dallying the issue by giving dates after dates for the reverse pick-up and replacement.The TV costed me Rs. 24000/- , payment made through Credit Card. I've been contacting them almost everyday but in vain.
