[Resolved] Mobile Sulekha — Non Delivery | |
Hi, I've purchased a Lenova A60 + mobile from Sulekha, order no. 422619. The order status shows it as success since the last 8 days. It is supposed to be shipped on or before January 31, 2013 but there is no further information on the status. Contacted the customer care 5- 6 time to check the despatch details. Each time they promise the item is shipped today and due to technical issue they were not able to provide the docket number. This is a fake promise and irresponsible reply .I asked them to check and call me back but no one turned up. I feel I am cheated . Never in my life i will make the same mistake of ordering through Sulekha. I made multiple online purchases from Flipkart and homeshop18 they were very prompt and on 3rd working day I use to get the product at my doorstep. That is what people expect from an online shopping. Having read so many negative reviews, I'm afraid whether the product will still be shipped? Request you to kindly confirm whether the product is shipped In case the product is not shipped, as committed by you, will the refund process will be initiated immediately.So that i can do the purchase from some other vendor Sulekha Team, kindly respond.
