I am also facing the same problem.
My order # is[protected]. Order placed on 2nd Jan 2013 for two books through stackkart.com. One book was shipped after 15 days. As the other book was getting delayed, I cancelled the order and placed order for that book in ebay.in and got it in 3 days. Stackkart have still not provided me the refund despite various emails and followup. Nowadays their only telephone no. is not reachable. I have lost all hope of getting my refund. Looks like they are earning out of cancellations. So, Prospective buyers may please note that it is not worth buying any item through stackkart even if their price is less as it would result in delays, cancellations and unnecessary tension. It is better to buy through reliable sites like Flipkart, infibeam, ebay, myntra, yebhi and homeshop18
