On 23.07.2015, I got a call from your company, one Abhishek was on the other line. He said that he has an offer that if I pay 7999/- then he will offer 5 days and 4 nights holiday package for 4 people. The offer will be valid for 1 year. Further he offered that if I make payment today only, he offered any one promotion gifts from tablet, laptop etc. I had immediately agreed to pay the amount and with the promotion gift of Sony Erission tablet. I was trying to make payment from using SBI internet banking and PayU Money. I tried to pay Rs 7999/- on the first instance. Though my account was debited Rs 7999/- Mr Abhishek said that he has not received that payment. He said to make the payment of Rs 2999/- and advised that since Rs 7999/- has been credited to your account, It will be refunded back to my account. He further said that the scheme will valid for Rs 2999/- and where I will have to make payment of Rs 5000/- at the time of I receive the gadgets. I did the same procedure again but He again said that it is failed. Hence I then finally transferred Rs 2999/- to the account no[protected]. Later in the night, the amount of Rs 7999/- and 2999/- were also paid successfully. All these transactions were made on 23.07.2015. The total amount I paid was Rs 7999/- + Rs 2999/- + Rs 2999/- = Rs 13997/-. Mr Abhishek meanwhile gave his contact no –[protected]. He assured that if the payment of Rs 7999/- and Rs 2999/- if credited to your account, he would arrange for the refund of the same. All these was done on 23.07.2015. The next morning when I called Mr Abhishek on the above mentioned number. I asked to refund the amount of Rs 7999/- + Rs 2999/-. However Mr Abhishek offered me Apple I Phone 6+ if I don’t ask for the refund. He offered that I will be eligible for a 5 days 4 nights package for 4 persons for Rs 7999/-, one night 2 days for 2 persons for Rs 2999/- and again 1 night 2 days for 2 persons for Rs 2999/- plus I will get the Sony Errissin Tablet and Apple I Phone 6+. Since I had already paid Rs 14000/-, the offer looked impressive to me and I agreed for the same. I asked Mr Abhishek about the vouchers and gadgets, he said that it will be couriered to me and I would get those things within 7 working days. This conversation was done on 24.07.2015. Mean while I have also received emails from your email id [protected]@onlinedeals.comconfirming the payment of Rs 7999/- + Rs 2999/- + Rs 2999/-. Later on, I received a call from your office stating that It is a verification call from the package only. The verification of gadgets will be done by another department. Well, I have received both the calls for verification during 29 -30.07.2015. I was assured that I would get my vouchers and my gadgets within 7-8 working days by Mr Abhishek on 29.09.2015 (call recording attached- call received [protected]). After that day, despite my vigorous follow up on your customercare nos and on the mobile of Abhishek no response was received from your end. Then Suddenly I received an email dated 19.08.2015 that you have dispatched voucher to my address. I called up again on 20.08.2015 on your customer care no. I spoke to Mr Bhavesh there. I informed about all the above instances and complained him that despite I made the payment of Rs 14000/- on 23.07.2015, despite promises made by Mr Abhishek, neighter I got my vouchers nor I got any promotional gifts. Mr Bhavesh informed me that in my voucher which was sent to me, I would receive a verification code. I would have to call the customer care no and quote the verification code and after that my gifts would be dispatched. I received the voucher on the Saturday 22.08.2015, however there was no verification code mentioned there and to my surprise, no further details like validity, amount paid or oweners name was mentioned. It was just a simple online booking form. I called your customer care no on next Monday 24.08.2015, Mr Bhavesh told me to wait for 3 days and he would call me with the details of when I would receive my gifts. I was surprised to hear but I trusted him and I decided to wait. It’s been more than 7 days and I have not received his call. When I call your customer care no on 04.09.2015 in the morning, I was told that Mr Bhavesh is busy on another line and asked for my contact no so that Mr Bhavesh could call me. However when I did not receive any call, I again called later on your customer care no. Mr Sumit was there this time and to my surprise he said Mr Bhavesh is not available today and he will come to office only on next Tuesday. I had to explain all the details from beginning. When I asked for the resolution, shockingly this guy told me give him 7 days to find out resolution !!! As expected from my previous experience, Mr Sumit has also broken his promise to call me with the resolution as per the reputation of your firm I am so fed up with all these false promises from your side. I complain that I have been cheated by your representative Mr Abhishek. He made false promises of presenting hotel vouchers and attractive gifts. I complain against your customer care executives for not properly resolving my queries despite requesting all of them over telephone all these time. I have been very depressed.
