I paid Rs. 15999/- on May 5, 2014 for the travel package with the Payment Id : 36591989 . At the time of promotion I was told that I will get a Dell Laptop. Then on May 12 I received a mail informing me that an Holiday voucher for Rs. 7999/- bearing order number ODT001226 has been shipped vide AWB Z51484639 through DTDC, which I did not receive. Later, I received a call for payment of another Rs. 7999/- towards the warranty and guarantee of the product then on May 26 I received the following mail on the basis of my conversation: Dear Mr. Gupta, As per the conversation with our senior executive, You have already paid 15999/- in t his organization . And you have to pay 7999/- more then you are eligible for referral gift. you don't need to pay any single coin after paying 7999/-. kindly Make payment immediately . Then we can proceed further. I am sorry to inform that I haved received the Holiday Voucher for Rs. 7999/- only while I paid Rs. 15999/- and the Laptop gift has not been dispatched to me even after my paying Rs7999/- for warranty and guarantee. The person calling and talking to from the mobile number [protected] for which the Truedialer is showing the Chirag is not responding now. This is leading to doubts indicating a case of Cyber Crime. I have sent several mails and reminders to them. Every time either they called or emailed stating that give us 4-5 days to enquire the details. But now they seems to have stopped responding.
