I had subscribed for a travel package with Onlinedealstoday.co.in in December 2014. As part of the package, I was informed that I would be getting a free gift alongwith the package. However, I did not receive anything from them. I had to relentlessly follow up on the complaint with the Company for more than 3 months and after lots of false promises and delays in replies, it was finally agreed that they would send me some gift, but not the one which was promised. The gift offered was of much lesser value than originally promised. Thereafter, I was so frustrated and fed up that I left the issue there.
Subsequently, I tried to make a booking using the travel voucher that I had. I was informed that whenever I need a booking, I must send a mail to their customer care and they would help with the booking. I had sent a mail to the customer on 22 July 2015 asking for a booking for a particular date. I did not receive any response from their side. Thereafter I have even topped up on the mail later on, but till today I have not received any response from their side.
I am totally tired of following up with this Company on my travel deal. They are taking me for a royal ride after collecting Rs 7999 for the package upfront. It is a case of false promises and non-rendering of promised services. The customer care numbers hosted on their website also are wrong and many a times there is no response at all.
In this matter, I request you to take suitable action against the company. I would request for a refund of the amount paid since they are not rendering the services they had promised to. It seems to be some sort of a hoax.
