I signedup with them 5 days back to get my GST registration done. I got support until I made the payment, post which their team completely ghosted me. Now they refuse to refund the money back and said that its locked for a year in spite of not doing the work I paid for. They have horrible customer support that only offers excuses and is not reachable most of the times.
