I bough a Hitachi Window Ac in 2023. I bought an extended 3 year warranty with it from Onsitego. They were proactive till last year. This season they have been borderline harassing me.
I created a service request with them on the 11th of March (SR No.:[protected]. Their turn around time as promised is 48 hours. Not only was the request not attended, it was closed abruptly without any communication or service on the 23rd of March. This was rather infuriating.
I created another request on the 26th of March (SR. No.:[protected]. It should have been closed by the 29th of March at the most. But it was only attended to and taken care of by the 7th of April.
To highlight the quality of the service provided, I would like to bring to your notice that AC stopped cooling in less than 20 days. On the 25th of April, I created another service request (SR. No:[protected]. The 48 hours turn around time notwithstanding, an engineer was supposed to visit my residence on the 3rd of May. This was updated on their app itself. Nobody turned up. On the 4th of May, I got a call from their team assuring that the service will be taken of on the very same day. Nobody came over. In the evening I got a a a message from them stating that they have rescheduled the service to the 5th of May as per request, something that I never made. Nobody has turned up today either. I've now received a message stating that the service will only be taken care of by the 6th of May.
I've tried to get in touch with their customer representatives through phone calls multiple times. All they are able to tell me is the information mentioned on my app. I've tried to stay in touch with them through the messages, no resolution. To top it all, they give me an option of chatting with an agent. That agent clearly is a chat bot and not a regular person. I can share screenshots of the chats to prove the same. I've sent multiple emails to them, no response.
I've been trying to get my AC serviced since the 11th of March. It's the 5th of May now. I've invested in extended warranty, but all I'm facing is harassment. I'm suffering in this oppressive Delhi heat because of the incompetency of an agency I trusted. Was this information helpful? |
