before and after placing order i had confirmed whether they can deliver on time to our location. only after their official phone confirmation, placed order. But they couldn't achieve deliver as requested on date. Also they senting intimation email end of the delivery date where we supposed to wait for delivery.

They are cheating company and should immediate action against them. its not first...

This is a fraud website taking money and no proper delivery. They took 1600 from me and showed payment was declined but the amount deducted. Fraud website....

I have called the customer care number multiple times and no body picks the call. I have sent email every day asking for the refund of my order and no body responds. I have paid ₹2, 984 for this order and OrderYourChoice does not care when we ask for refund. One of the worst customer service ever. I even emailed them mentioning that i will file a consumer complaint and they dont care to respond. They have cheated my money. Pls see if someone...

I ordered 1kg sweets and flowers to my aunt's funeral.
Both orders were looking horrible.
The flowers were bought buy the road side vendor.
The sweet box looked like the 10th cousin of what they showed on the website.
Dumped in a pile and not even 1kg. I can under stand the flower color variation if it was a nice arrangement. Never order from this website....

I have called concerned OrderYourChoice concerned person to order Red Velvet cake with some fruits to the address Bhavani, Erode on 25/08/2018. They confirmed the Red velvet cake to that address and they said they confirmed this with the Vendor for both cake and address.

After that, I placed order worth of Rs.825 for Red Velvet cake and the order id is #65196. After that, I got call from that team to change the order to Chocolate...

I have ordered a product "badam barfi" on august 01, 2017 for delivery to made on august 05, 2017, but instead they delivered the kaju katli. I have ordered sweets and payment is also done on 1st august but no one has turned up and didn't get my delivery even, also customer services numbers (+91-[protected]
+[protected] are not reachable. Trying to reach out the mentioned website (http://www.orderyourchoice.com/en/) that is even showing error. This is a fraud company, i think they have cheated me and took my 1000 bucks.
And while ordering i have used this site...

I ordered a cake from the site orderyourchoice.com... The order was supposed to be delivered on 5th july 2017 at kharar but the delivery boy met with an accident so the order was not delivered... As soon as i got to know dis on 5th july at night i asked them to cancel my order n give me my money back... They said that they will do the same within 3 days... So o waited till 9th july but didn't get my money back... Then i again called them...
