I bought smart cool dx cp2002h air cooler from metro cash and carry on 8th april 2016. It was working fine for a month later pump stopped working. I complained about it to orient customer care. I got the response that issue will be addressed in 24-48 hrs, which never happened. Again i followed up many times with customer care but every time they give new complain id and close the previous complaint. Later i didn't let them close the complain (C[protected]- 14th may), later they raised new complain c[protected] with same assurance. (27th may). Till now nothing happened.
Being such a reputed company, i expected some good service, but in reality there is no service al all, just oral assurance. Was this information helpful? |
