I have purchased Orient Auctor fan on 15-June-2021 from Amazon at Rs 4869 and after that my fan stopped working in 3 months only and after that they first refused to refund and give service then after that when we complain Amazon then after 2 months they give us new fan in winter in November then after that we checked it is working but when no when summer comes on March 2022 we turn it on but only in 5 minutes it turned of then we complained on 5 March 2022 and the boy comes after 9 days on 11March and took away my fan to check and service it but after that we called it they first started Talking very badly and after again and again complain they say that delivery boy cannot contact with you and we will reregister and after 2 days they will initiate call back but no call back come and till now no problem solved pls give me compensation and pls refund our money as they take 2 months to give new fan and very bad service. Pls help us . They a re cheating with us
