Orient Electric India — Fan remote not working

Remote of my orient fan is not working properly. I called customer care 4 times (between 31 Jan 16 to 4th feb 16) in last 5 days and they registered 2 calls (C[protected] and C[protected]). But still I am waiting for an engineer visit. Seems they provide support without engineers. This is first and last time I am using ORIENT product. My bad decision (:
