Hello Sir, When i inserted a atm card in the HDFC Bank atm machine No.P11NDE98 Krishana nagar Mathura 11cd in Mathura (U.P.) then 2000/- get debited from my account but i have not received any cash. on dated 17 nov 2014.at 19.49.time I tried to register a complaint on Toll free No.[protected] but all in vain. Please note my Complain and also inform to HDFC/ATM Bank regarding my complain and kindly take requried actions. i was doing online payment on 25/1/2015, the payment was not successful but an amount of 500INR is deducted from my account an i have not recieved it yet.
