Dear team, With a heave heart, i am writing this mail as my reimbursement claim settlement pending with oriental insurance since last 1 year. Though the amount has been approved but the payment to my hdfc bank a/c has not been credited till now. A long follow up mail has been shared with the respective team members regarding this matter (If you require, i will share the same). I have received a lot of reminder sms from medi-buddy regarding confirmation of the receipt of payment. (Last one received on[protected]. However, currently in portal it is showing status :- claim closed[protected]. How could it be possible? Please close loop & confirm the same.
