Osomwear — delivery of order 47543 osom

I ordered 4 tshirts from osom wear (Osomwear.in) on 13-aug and got a confirmation mail that the order has been received and confirmed. They ask the consumers to wait for 10-15 days and so i waited for almost 20 days without any intimation. Now it's been almost a month and there is no reply on any correspondence ([protected]@osomwear.in). No interaction on any social media (Facebook, twitter or instagram) and the supposed helpline no is invalid.

It feels as if they have disappeared.

Please help me in getting through to them or get a refund.
