Osomwear — product not delivered

I have purchased 2 tshirts from osomwear on 29th of october 2017. Till date there is no update on the same on their websites or any email related to that. The website is osomwear.in. I have confirmation that order has been received however no details about dispatch. I have also tried reaching them on [protected]@osomwear.com but no resonse. Payment status says paid. Still they have not despatched my order
