I had ordered two t shirts from their website on 11th april. After receiving them i realised that they were of horrible quality and didn't match the visual description. I had immediately written to them for initiating the return and refund policy. However, in spite of sending several mails to them, they never bothered to revert back.
Also, they have a pathetic return policy and is completely devoid of transparency. Unlike other online cloth retailers, they expect us to parcel the clothes back to them on our own. After receiving them, they will refund us only if the product is in good condition according to them. Was this information helpful? |
