[Resolved]  EPFO, RO, Gurgaon — Form 10C has been rejected

I am Rakesh Rai woked in Lanco Infra tech LTD and resigned my job on 15th May. I have applied for Pf on march 2012.and I view the status on online, i had seen the details on website, it shows, your Form 10C has been rejected and the form will dispatch to your concern address. but still I have not received the form and I do not know the reason for rejected.

I have grievance registered in EPFiGMS vide Registration number HRGGN/E/2013/02595 and has been sent to:
