Hi,I have purchased faber chimney solaris 1000 plus faber cristal 40ct stove on 18.9.2012, from faber panorama ameerpet hyderabad,phone no.66368930 . and mailed the coupan withen 15 day .but yet to get lifetime warranty card.also my gas stove knob is very loose,do send your authorised service man to the earliest.
