I was associated with MPS Infotech Pvt Ltd a part of MPS group from June, 2012 to December, 2012. This is regarding my PF, I am approaching the HR and the account person but they are not responding as to by when I will get the same. I have written multiple mails to them but yet no reply. I was associated with MPS Infotech Pvt Ltd a part of MPS group from June, 2012 to December, 2012. This is regarding my Form 16, I am approaching the HR and the account person but they are not responding as to by when I will get the same. I have written multiple mails to them but yet no reply. They just say that it will take month time but still I have not recieved my Form 16. I am unable to file tax return due to the same which may effect my credibility.
Please help in getting the Form 16.

Myself Vandana Sharma PF CODE 6831 EMPLOYEE NO.- 6157 ESTABLISHMENT CODE-KN/6941 FOUR MONTHS HAVE BEEN OVER FROM SUBMISSION DATE BUT PF HAS BEEN NOT TRANSFERRED IN MY ACCOUNT WITH ICICI.
