[Resolved] Shopper52 — Received faulty product | |||
I have ordered a mini sewing machine online from www.shopper52.com. I have received the machine after around 20 days of purchase that too after dropping so many mails to them. On receiving the machine, I found that it was not working properly. When I contacted the concerned person he asked me to ship the product back and told that they will be replacing it asap. But now its been more than a month and the product has been delivered to them on 13th Sept. 2012, but I have not yet received any communication from their side. Despite of me dropping so many mails to them and making numerous calls they are not replying me back with the status of my request. Was this information helpful? | |||

The worst online shopping site ever. Bad customer service...they never give any information to their customer about their shipping details or any problem they faced. They just kept quiet...
