Shopper52 — Refunds of 749/- not refunded

Hello sir/madam, I have placed an order online from website shopper52.com and cleared check with website regarding refund & return policy before I placed my order ( I have mail conversation with their customer service executive his details & mail id Husain Atther cs.[protected]@gmail.com) as advised I have sent the courier back to them and DTDC confirmed that delivery was made and from that day onwards I am frequently call their number[protected], initial days at least they picked my call and informed me that refund is in process and after that they stopped picking my calls. I have written many mail no response. This is happening from Aug 2014. They have to refund my courier charges and my payment amt of 749/-.with great hope I am writing this mail. Please help me sir I big time online fraud. Please find the screen shot of payment confirmation.
