An order placed on 5th Nov 21 was not delivered within the stipulated time and for next 24 hours even after follow ups every 2 hours. It was requested to cancel the order and refund the amount around 5 pm on 6th Nov 21, which as per the phone executive was processed. However the refund has still not come into my account even after 16 days. The executives have stopped responding to my calls now. The order number was[protected] Was this information helpful? |
