Outlook Money — Outlook money subscription for five years but not getting magazines

I have subscribed for outlook money in December 2018, for five years, I only got Feb 2019 issue...after that they stopped sending me magazine.. I sent them emails but despite false assurance, my problem was not solved.. I am not getting any magazine.. Plz solve my problem.. My subscription no was 206493, date 17/12/2018
