I have placed an order from overcoat website on 19th sep.17 and amount has been deducted from my account. But still, i have not received my product related information. I was keep trying to contact to your given helpline number. But no one was responding. So request the team to look into the matter and provide the resolution asap.

How can you do this? it is not right way.
