[Resolved]  OverCart — Broken product send in a delivery time of 7 days and post 3 months yet to receive a refund

To whomsoever it may concern
I had placed a order for a power bank at the undermentioned order number which was delivered to me after a ordeal of 9 days in a broken piece of shape and none of the points working, for which i filed a return, and got it reverse shipped on 22 december. From 22 december till 9th of march i am yet to discover the so called credit which has been transferred as per your team on facebook with whom i have been in constant interaction from the first day at my overcart experience of 10 orders, i had the best experience at overcart and i proudly posses all the gadgets, but sorry to day this purchase has totally converted me from a loyalist of overcart to a non recommending one, i have picked up calls from trusted reviews even in my meetings for reviewing you guys constantly passing on and making numerous orders possible from different freind of mine, but sorry to say sir /maam this delivery has brought on face the experience of what a return is, i was being said to send my passbook to even mail paytm and even reach out to my bank. Is it my fault that i ordered a product and it was delivered to me in piece's? That i should run to every hook and corner to find my value back, or i should devote all of time just to mail paytm, pnb reach out to you guys.
Its high time please reply in clear words as to are you guys refunding or not cause if you are not then my action plan would be different rather then being a constant bully on you guys and still having faith in your system which is completely crippled as per mindset. Its been months that i have been forwarded diffrent things.
Summary = i need an answer as to in how many minutes or hours will i refund i dont need any paytm numbers or any numbers to confirm with my bank i havr done so dozen times, either you give an answer as a credit to my account or i am changing the course of plan henceforth.

Hello Vibhor, we have been trying to reach out to you from a couple of days, but the calls were not answered until today when the call was answered and we were asked to call you up at 2 PM. We will be calling you then and update you further. Moreover, I wish to inform you that your refund has been done from Paytm and the Bank ARN number is[protected]. I would request you to please raise a chargeback request from the bank so that we can further escalate it.

Please cancel my order with as early request
I have fresh ordered Sony xperia z3 but I received dull product on[protected] and this phone contain so may damage like yellow line on right and left side screen and bad performance camera capture images and no working auto focus So please I requested to you that refund my all money as soon as possible.
