Oxicash — recharge of mobile

i has tried for recharge of my anthor mobile no. [protected] for rs.110 on oxicash but recharge failed but amount has been deducted from my bank acount oxicash is not refunding my amount nor giving any response please help me and take action against thease type of fake online service copanies

Updated by AMAR638 OXIGEN CALLS ME FOR REFUNDING MY AMOUNT BUT THEY WANT TO TAKE SECRET KNOWLEGE ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD WHICH MY BANK STRICTLY SAID ME NOT TO SHARE WITH ANY ONE IT SHOWS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO REFUND MY AMOUNT AND THEY HAS NOT FEAR OF LAW AND GOVT.
