[Resolved] Oxigen — amount debited from account for wrong mobile operator | |||
i recharge from oxigen rs 148. web wending portal the mobile number from vodafone. but the customer wrongly told to me as bsnl. I recharged with this number and selects bsnl. this recharge not successfull to customer. the amount is debited from my account. I already booked the complaint in web wending portal the complaint id is 115160 and 1151611. till now this complaint is not rectified. kindly rectify this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
