On 2nd may i recharged my videocon d2h recharge with275ruppees. Whereas my amount was deducted from internet banking and the recharge was not done.my sbi tranaaction reference no is IG0BXLNOJ3.i also talked to sbioxipay customer service they told to contact merchant but there was not any chance to resolve through telephonicaly.i also talked to sbi customercare they said the recharge is successful. whereas while oxipay it is telling the no. dose not exist.
