[Resolved]  Oxigen Recharge — By mistake done twice recharge of idea

I have done twice recharge of my idea phone due to internet issue . So my account has been deducted 599 rs twice . Could you please revert back my amount .

I recharged Rs 107 for bsnl no. [protected] on 27/10/2021 from sbi oxygen mobile recharge services from sbi yono lite. The money was debited from my account & mobile was not recharged. I have taken up with sbi customer care. but nothing happened regarding refund. The sbi reference no is [protected]UHC1090974. The authority should arrange for refund immediately.
