Dear sir,
I have applied for CSP SBI KIOSK services in the month of February but due to some financial issues I had to drop the business proposal. During the time I have paid for registration charges, security deposit and overdraft facility totaling amount to Rs 97, 425.
Your executive Mr Avinash and Akash are not responding to my phone call despite being sending an application for cancellation of registration and also they said that the refund process will be completed in 30 days, But i haven't received any email regarding confirmation of cancellation or process from your side.
Please look into this matter as it is an unprofessional behaviour from your executives for not providing complete information regarding the same and not receiving the call.
