[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Customer Service pathetic and money not been refunded. | |||||
Firstly, i loaded oxigen wallet with 4000 INR. Then I created virtual visa card and transferred funds into it. With virtual visa card I made a transaction into other wallet but it failed and I made some other transactions .. those also failed. I contacted customer care n asked to transfer back money to oxigen wallet they said its not possible n asked me to make another transaction. this time the transaction failed and no money was left. Oxigen says to contact other merchant (airtelmoney)and the (airtelmoney) says they havent got any money from their side and to contact Oxigen. Almost 10 emails 2 weeks of time wasted. But still issue is not resolved and no one understand what is really happening, but simply pointing fingers. Oxigen sends different emails with reference numbers saying the case is closed. How pathetic. Ticket Number is 299608.. blah blah.. thats all I get. Was this information helpful? | |||||
