I make a payment of rs.10058 on 22nd july, 2019 through axis bank net banking to top up my portal account on your tb transfer but till today i didn't got my amount in account. Transfer transaction bank no is inb/[protected]/payu.in and my ac no is [protected]. My ro/rmu code is [protected] suri medical store due to which i am not able to provide my service to my client. Till not solve the kyle update already one month left, so please update my .kyc. Otherwise 4000 rs refund in my account. Lot of time talk to customer care but not solve, lot of time mail also send not solve the problem.
