Oxigen Recharge — Money deducted from my oxigen wallet but not paid in transfer account | |||||
I transfer money from my oxigen wallet to bank account. It show transaction failure but money is detected from my oxigen wallet. I try mony time to call oxigen wallet custmer care but not able to contact. I transfer money rs400 +rs12 (Surcharge @ of 3%) on 11/12/2016 showing transaction failed (Tarnsaction id[protected]) on bank of sbi account but money is detected from my oxigen wallet account and not transfer to bank account niether refund. Today I recharge my mobile [protected] with net banking but cash was debited my account cannot recharge my number ref no cn[protected] please refunded my cash
