Oxigen Recharge — Recharge done through yono via oxigen services but not received in my jio account | |
I have a jio no. [protected] and. I had done my jio accont recharge through sbi Internet banking using yono lite transaction id- UHB6648778. On 20 May 2021, of amount Rs 555 through oxigen services account no. - [protected]. but it is not being reflected in my account even now.. Its been 6 day since the recharge i made was successful. My money has been debited from my account but even till now recharge is not being shown in my recharge section of my jio. I tried to contact the oxygen customer care but was not able to do so ... I m attaching the related documents below. Please register my complaint in my interest and get the recharge done at the earliest as my work is getting effected due to this i attached the transaction id - UHB6648778 date 20/05/2021 of the recharge done below and my number as well... I contacted the bank and they said that the recharge was successful and payment got stuck in between due to some issue but the payment was done to the retailer a day after and it is received at the time of transaction but still no transaction is being reflected in my account. I had complained in the bank about it. And i am going to the consumer forum about this issue you are doing fraud with the customer Was this information helpful? | |
