I have recharged TWICE FOR SAME RECHARGE of Rs.107 of my BSNL mobile number [protected] through SBI Yono Lite App but it hasn't recharged and money deducted from my account.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Enclosed: Money Receipt
Above complaint has been marked as resolved by you but recharge amount Rs.214 has not credited in my account.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
