[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — wallet amount not transferring to bank account | |||||
Dear sir, We had purchased a micro - atm machine from oxigen services india pvt. Ltd in the month of november-2018, also we did multiple transactions of card swapping in that month and all the services were working. After that in the month of dec-2018 when we made a request to transfer money from oxigen wallet to bank account, request failed and it happened everytime when we made request, then we contacted their customer care many times and they initially said that this technical issue will be resolved in one week but that didn't happened and when we call them again and again they said this issue is continuing from aug-2018 and we cannot confirm you when will it be resolved. Then we made various mails but they didn't responded and even on call they said "whatever you can do you do". Our money is stuck there for 2 months and they are not crediting it in our account and neither confirming when will they do so. Also they cheated us by not telling us about problem in their service.
