Have sent 2 mails to their customer care email id. But no satisfactory reply has been received, infact got reply only once from their side. Customer care number also isnt working.

With regards to your e-mail i understand that you are facing issues regarding cashback.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this situation.

I would like to inform you that i have forwarded your concern to our appropriate department and requested them to process the issue on priority.

I would also like to inform you that your transaction is eligible for 10% cashback (Maximum up to rs 50) cashback as per terms & conditions because 50% cashback was expired on 22nd july 2016.

If your cashback offer has already expired on 22nd july then why your app is promoting the offer on app homepage?

This needa to be taken up to consumer court, social media and media.
