Oxigen Wallet — money deducted from bank but no money load in wallet

I have tried to load money 2 times and both times the transaction completed by bank (sbi) but oxigen wallet transaction failed. And the money was deducted both time. Help me !!! please help me to get back my total rs.3968.66 .
