Pacenet Broadband — Persintant speed problems and poor customer service

Have been using pacenet since 4 years and have a problem regarding their poor response to cutomer. Despite of taking the initative to trust the brand and supporting for its development in the area they have got no plans to tackle customer problems. The current problem is regarding get cheated with the speed they provide. The speed they say n they provide are totally different. I have a working day night plan of 1MBPS which is rather 1 Mega Bits per Sec and the speed would be upto 1mbps after 10pm. But checking the results on regular basis on Speedtest.net have never shown me speed nearing even .75 MBPS. On complaining to customer care they have no solution for that as the plan is for night n they have no man working at customer care for sorting that problem. So a humble request to readers that DONT EVER TRY TO TAKE A DAY NIGHT PLAN WITH PACENET. Try only if they have a active customer care service in ur corresponding area. - Taking a note to problem it is said by their 24×7 customer care that yhey cant solve the problem of vadodara sitting there in mumbai.Thats ok, but mate you can just note the complain n forward it for the next morning so that solution is available to customer.
