Pacenet Meghbela Broadband [PMPL] — no internet for half of the day

I've been a user of pmpl since 2017. The services were really good back then. However, recently there has been internet issues prevailing during day time. I tried contacting the local provider but he had no solution. The details of my user id and number are attached in the photo below. I pay ₹470 per month just to use my phone data during the day. While i'm typing this complaint, there's no internet. Your service quality is degrading and i'm left with no option but to opt for some other service. I've a few friends from rishra facing the same problem. I know you've a broad network so you might have forgotten how to value your customers. Me and my friends will be left with no option but to opt to some other internet service provider if the problem persists from tomorrow. My pack expires on 10th may. I'll be witnessing whether you take care of this case. If not, i'll have no other option but to discontinue from this service. This no internet issue at some parts of the day has been prevailing since 6 months and nothing new. I still didn't complain. Now things are going out of hand as i'm not able to attend meetings. I request you to look urgently into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest if you do value your customers.
