Hi Team, I purchased an A/C from Pai international, Kalyanagar Bangalore and yesterday it got installed as per service request raised by Pai and Samsung guys installed it. The rates as quoted by PAI while selling the product for additional components doesn't match what Samsung charged me, so finally I ended up spending Rs 3500+ other expenses for white cement etc. If Samsung is not in sync with PAI where there products are sold, why don't you guys speak amongst and advice PAI not to claim that the charges are going to be such and such. Really unhappy with Samsung and PAI both. I called PAI kalyanagar branch multiple times but the moment I start speaking on the issue, they hanged up the call, Is this PAI customer service when I need help urgently? All your responsibilities are over since you have got your payment for the product? Call me i[censored] want to understand more.Attached bills for your reference.
