We bought a 47 inch Toshiba TV for Rs.60, 000 on[protected]. We paid Rs.800 for extended warranty. Now the TV is under repair and we approached Pai and Toshiba Customer Care but both are saying that "We are not responsible. Toshiba said that "We did not install your TV, Pai has sent third-party for installation and extended warranty not updated in our system." We contacted Mr. Syed (the person who installed our TV) (phone number: +91 [protected]) and he said that "I have taken the amount for extended warranty and the same was handed over to Pai International. So, please contact them." Everyone said that contact Pai, contact Toshiba, contact Installed Person, etc. Nobody is responding properly.
