Purchased a Samsung ctv from pai international at udupi (Samsung ctv 21 21 A530 on 26. 12, 2011 recently due to some technical reasons the tv suddenly did not start when contacted at the store in person with the tv the service centre at the store simply refused to take the complaint citing non availability of spare parts before even checking the fault this speaks volumes of lack of after sales services of branded product have second thoughts of buying a Samsung product at pai international in future thinking of filing a case in the appropriate consumer forum for redressal of grievances if not attended to the issue wants immediate resolution of the snag Was this information helpful? |
