Pan Card — no record found

I applied online pan card on[protected].. My acknowledge no is [protected].. When i check for status it shows no record found.. And also tells me that is there any necessary to submit acknowledge documents through offline to the pan office... When i complete d online process it shows successfully registered.. And i linked my addhar while applying.. Kindly help urgent..
