PAN Card NSDL — Payment failed but money deducted from bank account

NSDL always create problem in generating Acknowledgement NO: It SUCK!!

Dear sir i make a online application from debit card mode token no[protected] dt.016/07/2017 time 13.18.46 name tarsem singh s/o mohammed saleem dob 03/02/1990 but transaction failed ammount debit from my sbi account name mohammed Tanveer application success 2nd time please reverse my ammount statement attached ref. No.jsm[protected]

My money deduced from syndicate Bank and the application says it is cancelled .my money not refunded.

I lost almost 1000 rs trying to make payment again and again hoping it would eventually go through..it's not working and there's no reversal of money..it's sad that nsdl is doing nothing about it, coz many people have faced the same issue and landed up applying through some agents

During payment for applying pan card an error was shown and money was debited from my account on 18 feb 23 at 04:00 pm with reference number [protected] from my paytm bank account was not credited back in my account. Repeating the process i applied pan for my wife second time and this time the payment was successful. Kindly do the needful please revert the amount in my account
