I jagman singh having pan card no adkpr5223p surunder in[protected] but till date it showing when find multiple account showing with this detail my akw no :-[protected] area chandigarh

Why it is not deleted from my histoery once i surunder it i am facing problem when any department inquiery about my self pls remove it emmediate effect
