Panasonic — AC servicing not done done properly | |||||
Dear sir, Despite of several communications, i am not getting proper solution to my problem from the company. I have already paid for servicing charges but after 15 days of the servicing the ac have again started giving same problem and now they are given another estimation of above 8500 for repair. I am giving herebelow the case history : I have a panasonic window ac which was not cooling. Hence i lodged complain on 22-03-17. The technician visited and informed that it is having gas leakage problem. They have not given any service report mentioning the same. To rectify the problem they took the ac to service station and returned after 4 days. Even then problem was not resolved. They have again sent technician after 2 days who filled some more gas after which if started cooling but not as per standard. The technician gave a very funny excuse for this that as it is very hot outside it can not give maximum cooling and for normal cooling also it will take some additional time. However after nearly 10-12 days it is giving same problem of not cooling. The technician have visited after making several complaints in 2-3 days. Now they have informed us that the coil have got damaged which needs to be replaced. And this will cost us over 8500/- rs. Again no service report was given. We have some more observations which creates some doubts on the service center and though we have communicated all the doubts to the company, they have neither cleared our doubts nor they have agreed to repair the ac. 1. The invoice for first servicing was given by "shree marutinandan Enterprise" and on the invoice they have given logos of ifb, voltas & Hitachi but not panasonic. 2. All the time different ununiformed technicians visited and they Have not taken acknowledgement on service report. Even job sheet was Provided after many requests. 3. The reason for coil damage was mentioned as environment conditions. However no sign of rusting or freezing was seen. 4. The technician didn't even check the ac completely, he just had an Overview of the same after which he has informed about coil issue. 5. The technician have informed us that he is neither from panasonic Company nor from service agency. He was sent on contract basis. 6. Technician is not carrying any job sheet with him. Neither he is Taking our acknowledgement on the service report. 7. Coil damage issue was not noticed when the ac was serviced at Service center. This is surprising. 8. Technician was not accepting to our complain regarding Non-completion of work and was giving unacceptable logic. 9. After a huge argument service agency have sent me job sheets on Mail (From personal mail id) but hard copy of the same is still not Delivered. 10. The invoice of first servicing does not have panasonic written anywhere on it. 11. This is very clear from the case history that the service partner didn't completely repair the machine, so there is a possibility that the problem have occurred because of the left out work. There is a huge possibility that he is trying to hid his mistake or may be interested in making money out of it. But company is still not accepting my problem and only saying what the service partner is saying. I would request you to kindly intervene and help me in getting my issue resolved.
