Panasonic — Noise inside indoor side | |||
Hello, I bought new ac from vijay sales dated om 27/03/2017. Model no. Csyc18sky3rs I raise complaint on 8th april. Than your technical person visit on 17th april.2017. He was saying new ac is not working properly from company side and we change some parts after 2-3 days. Help for this case. I am facing many problem. Purchased a Panasonic split AC on 06/04/2017 from Vijay Sales, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Only indoor unit installed on 08/04/2017. The service request has been cancelled on 10/04/2017.

Even i am facing same issue... Cracking noise comes from indoor unit. Technician says no issues. Have even recorded the noise. Noise is too loud at night as if something broke in the unit. Purchased in March 2017.
