Panasonic — Regarding misbehave and bad experience - panasonic | |||||
Ear all concerns, First i just thought to remind of the tag line - panasonic - a better life, a better world as my experience is totally opposite of this. Seems panasonic is now missing its values to customers. I am totally a technology evangelist and i am really feeling sad with the incident that happened to us. I decided to purchase a new phone, searched many options (Online amazon, flipkart offers too) and finally choose pansonic elgua turbo rose on 2 - oct-2016 from vijay sales sector 18 noida (Please refer bill and model number attached) serial number - dlj013. Suddenly on 10 oct there appeared a spot inside the screen and immediately i contacted vijay sales and got number of one panasonic's service center (Shubham telecom sector 15 noida) as i called on that same day the staff has left so next morning (11- oct -2016) i went to vijay sales outlet they refer me again to panasonic center i went there and due to dusshrea it was closed. Now today morning as i am in office my husband went there and to our surprise shubham telecom (Panasonic service center outlet) experience was totally horrible and furious. There were two ladies sitting there totally misbehaved and actually abused my husband and said to leave the premises or give 5000rs and repair it. My husband told them that we tried to contact you from last 3 days but your office was closed, she said that none of our business (Aise to sab aate hai kya yehi karu kya mein) and they asked him to leave instead of many requests that at least check what has happened they said give 5000 else we have many customers to entertain. My question is where now we go? We have nobody to tell us anything, who will guide us now? Is this is all about panasonic? Is this your offerings to customers? Did we make mistake by choosing this product? Do we really deserve this behavior from a service center? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Panasonic is selling goods...and giving warranty guarantee and many more things...but no response from anny one..in agency they say go to company customer service..and company service not doing their work correctly...they should give good services to people.so that people..get their comfort...

My handset has been at services twice within warranty period bearing imei no [protected]
jobsheet no. KJASPMN004916P1213 on 22 and of September 2016 still I don't received the handset . last time it took almost two months to repair it
now warranty is expiring tell me what to do
